Recap of February 17, 2010                 

ANNOUNCEMENTS                                                

Lynn welcomed and thanked the employees and opened by outlining the

topics for the meeting.

EMPLOYEE NOMINEES                                                                  Lynn Dunning

Lynn thanked all employees for all of their hard work. Then announced the

employees nominated for Employee of the Month.  Those employees

recognized were: Agustin P. Martinez, Christopher Gipson, Eduardo Chavez,

Samuel L. Evans, Tomasa E. Releageno, Jaime Vazquez and Ndayishimiye Sara.

PRODUCTIVITY PROGRESS / PPE / INFECTION CONTROL            Teresa Diaz

Teresa gave a brief presentation to all employees regarding "Productivity

Progress, PPE & Infection Control".  In the presentation she covered:

1.  NTHCL Productivity for the Soil Sort Department

2.  The Standard Precautions for that department

3.  Manditory PPE

4.  Hand Washing 101

CLOSING/COMMENTS/QUESTIONS                                              Lynn Dunning

1. Lynn introduced Tom Grant to all employees and stated that he will be assisting

    NTHCL gather and start the process for a new for profit plant.
2. Suzanne Harris explained that so far, this year NTHCL has had 10 injuries. She

    explained that five (5) have been due to cart incindents, two (2) are back

    related, two (2) are eye injuries and one (1) was machinery related. Most are

    due to not paying attention to what is being done. Please be very carefull in

    the area in which you work. Watch out for yourself and for your co-workers to

    avoid unnecessary injuries.
3. Lynn expressed his thanks to all employees that attended work during the

    extreme snow conditions last week. He stated that it was a bit difficult for

    some to arrive, but our customers and NTHCL thank you for doing so.

Q.) Will the new plant be in Dallas?
R.) Lynn, asked Tom to please make a note that employees would like the

     plant to be in the Dallas area.

Q.) What kind of time frame is NTHCL looking at for opening the new facility?
R.) NTHCL does not know as of yet.
